Creating your pages and CD/DVD data
 Create
your Cruisebook pages in any of your favorite graphics programs
such as
Corel Draw, MS Publisher or one of the many others available. In cases of Aircraft Carriers, we
will even obtain a software for
your use
Save the entire page as a high definition .jpg image. Insure the image is saved in 4 color CMYK format
If it is a RGB image, as is the case with images from
most digital cameras. Use PhotoShop, Corel Photo or another Photo editor to convert the entire page to CMYK
The page could get up to 15MB in size. No problem!
Please do not provide Word or Power Point files as the purpose of
these programs is to write text and make presentations, not publish
high quality files into a book
It is very likely that the pages will look dark once in 4
colors. Do not be concerned, we will adjust the image as needed,
so that it looks fantastic in your Cruisebook
Let us know if you want a Compact Disk or DVD's placed in jackets at the
rear of your Cruise book. We would ask you to create the working
Master and inform us if you need any artwork printed on the Disks themselves

Sending the various files to us
As the Wizard/Sysadmin
of the ship, Marine Corps unit, or other particular unit or section, you
will have been issued a login and password by us at SiamPrint or
Cruisebooks.net. We include this info on the estimate
Using that login and password, go to ftp Files or
the link by the same name at the bottom of this page. If you
have problems doing a login, clear your cache and refresh the page
(Ctrl + F5)
If you need additional login/passwords for other sections, let
us know. We have an unlimited supply
We will provide you with a periodic "status list pdf" of what pages
need to be resent or which are incomplete. When
sending a replacement file, insure you use the same file name, as
the original
Insure
that we establish a separate ftp account for any CD/DVD Masters, which
can then be transmitted to us in the same manner
as the individual pages
